Application for enrollment for the 2010-2011 school year begins Monday, March 1, 2010. We welcome all new and returning families to apply. The 2010-2011 application process is first offered to current Cornerstone families on March 1. Application for enrollment opens to the public (new Cornerstone families) on Friday, March 5.
We can also enroll students for the current school year, based on availability.
The documents below constitute the general documents that each of our schools require, as well as any additional forms that are needed by each individual school you are applying to. Please download, print and fill out the forms that apply to your student, sign where designated, and submit the package to the Cornerstone elementary office.
Completed application packets must be accompanied by a check for the fees listed in the documents, in order for your child's space to be secured if the application is reviewed and accepted.
